Your order will be packed and shipped within 5 days. We ship via USPS using priority mail or 1st Class class for anything under 12 oz.
Permission to return any merchandise must be obtained from the Hudson, OH office either by email or phone. Contact us by email or call Julie at 330-655-9635.
All products must be new, of current design and in resalable condition.
Yarn will only be accepted if it is in the current dye lot so be sure to indicate which dye lot when requesting permission.
Merchandise credit will be issued at original price, less 10% handling charge, less transportation charges.
