- Your order will be packed and shipped within 5 days. We ship via USPS using priority mail or 1st Class class for anything under 12 oz.
- Permission to return any merchandise must be obtained from the Hudson, OH office either by email or phone. Contact us by email or call Julie at 330-655-9635.
- All products must be new, of current design and in resalable condition.
- Yarn will only be accepted if it is in the current dye lot so be sure to indicate which dye lot when requesting permission.
- Merchandise credit will be issued at original price, less 10% handling charge, less transportation charges.
